Terms and conditions
Conditions of Enrolment:
Students wishing to enrol in a group course, must fill out the enrolment form on our website.
Students pay per course and not per class.
If you require further than a non-standard invoicing, there will be an administrative fee of $50.
Fees are due before our first scheduled lesson. Payment information will be emailed upon registration.
Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy:
Wellington Spanish Hub™ applies a strict no credit for missed classes policy:
- We do not refund for missed classes or offer free catch-up lessons.
- Any missed class(es) cannot be credited or transferred.
If a student withdraws from, or ceases to attend, a course at any time after it has started, the course fee will not be refunded.
Wellington Spanish Hub™ reserves the right to cancel any course prior to commencement if a minimum number of students has not been met or if for any reason a course cannot be delivered as planned. If the number of students is less than 4, Wellington Spanish Hub™ can decide to run the course, cancel it or cover the course content in less time than the 16 hours originally planned. If the course is cancelled, any course fees already paid will be refunded in full.
Course Amendment
If for any reason, it is necessary for Wellington Spanish Hub™ to reschedule a session, you will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
Changing Courses
To ensure the best quality of teaching, Wellington Spanish Hub™ reserves the right to redirect a student to another class level if the student’s level does not match the rest of the class. If a student wishes to change level, the student has 7 days to advise Wellington Spanish Hub of the change. This is subject to availability in other courses.
